How long does delivery take?

Configurations marked "In minutes" are pre-racked and usually delivered within 15 minutes of payment, with the operating system installed. Max, GPU and Storage servers are assembled to order and usually delivered the same day.

How does the prepaid balance work?

You add funds to your account, from $100 per top-up. The first month is charged when you deploy, then each server renews every month from your balance. Your client area shows the next renewal date and warns you when the balance runs low.

How do I pay?

With Bitcoin. After this page you get a payment address and the exact amount, valid for 30 minutes. Your balance is credited once the network confirms the transaction, and your server deploys automatically.

What do I receive once the server is ready?

The server appears in your client area with its IP address and access details: your SSH key is installed for root, or a strong password is shown once. Support tickets open right away.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time and without fees. A cancelled server runs until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Can I change the operating system later?

Yes. Reinstall a supported image or boot your own ISO through the KVM console. Reinstalling erases the disks, so back up first.
