What you should know.

What Ready in minutes means

Ready in minutes describes how the hardware is stocked, not a service tier. The Core 16, Core 16X, Pro 32, Pro 48 and Pro 64 are kept pre-racked and burn-in tested in their locations. When you pay, an available machine is assigned to you, the operating system is installed automatically and your credentials are delivered, usually within 15 minutes.

The Storage 264, GPU L40S, GPU RTX PRO, Max 96 and Max 192 are assembled to order, because their drives, GPUs or memory are fitted per server. They are usually delivered the same day.

For Ready in minutes servers, burn-in testing happens before a machine enters inventory, so you start on hardware that has already passed it. You get a clean install with full root or administrator access, plus IPMI and the HTML5 KVM console for out-of-band work.

Provisioning at fleet scale

The REST API covers every action in the control panel, and the Terraform provider maps servers to resources, so you can order and rebuild machines from the same code that manages the rest of your infrastructure.

Practices that keep fleet provisioning predictable:

  • Check availability per location: each configuration lists where it is offered. The Core 16 and Core 16X are in all 10 locations, the Pro 32 and Pro 48 in 8.
  • Pass SSH keys at order time, then hand off to Ansible or your configuration tool on first login.
  • Plan the private network early: servers in the same location can share a free private VLAN, so decide internal addressing before you order.
  • Talk to us for larger rollouts: fleet pricing is available by quote from 5 servers, and custom builds cover other CPU, RAM, disk, GPU or port combinations.

How long does delivery really take?

Servers marked Ready in minutes (Core 16, Core 16X, Pro 32, Pro 48 and Pro 64) are usually delivered within 15 minutes of payment, with the OS installed. Storage, GPU and Max configurations are assembled to order and usually delivered the same day.

Are there setup fees or contracts?

No. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract: billing is monthly in advance, and you can cancel anytime. The server stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

What if a configuration isn't offered in my location?

Each configuration lists the locations where it is available, and the Core 16 and Core 16X are offered in all 10. If you need different hardware, our engineers can quote a custom build with other CPU, RAM, disk, GPU or port combinations.

Can I provision servers from code?

Yes. The REST API covers every panel action, and the Terraform provider lets you declare servers alongside the rest of your infrastructure. The API reference lists every endpoint.
