How billing works

    Each server is billed per month in US dollars, excluding taxes, before the period starts.

    No setup and no usage fees

    Standard configurations have no setup fee, and unmetered traffic means no usage line on your bill.

    Cancel when you want

    No contract. A cancelled server stays active until the end of its paid month.

    Extras by quote

    Custom builds, fleet pricing from 5 servers and additional IPv4 addresses are quoted on request.

FAQ

Billing, answered.

Which currency and taxes apply?

All prices are in US dollars per month and exclude taxes. Where VAT, GST or sales tax applies to your account, it is added to the invoice according to your billing country and tax status.

When am I billed?

Servers are billed monthly in advance. Your first invoice covers the first month of service, and each renewal is invoiced before the new period starts.

Are there setup fees?

No. None of the 10 configurations has a setup fee. Custom builds are quoted individually, and the quote lists every cost before you commit.

What happens if I use a lot of bandwidth?

Nothing changes on your bill. Traffic is unmetered on every server, inbound and outbound, with no monthly cap and no overage or egress fees. If you need more throughput, choose a server with a faster port.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no long-term contract. When you cancel, your server stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it is wiped and returned to stock.

Do you offer volume or fleet pricing?

Yes, from 5 servers. Tell us the configurations, locations and timeline you have in mind and we reply with a fleet quote. Custom hardware and consolidated invoicing are available for fleets.
